  Using Hypnosis To Stop Smoking

Those who previously inhaled deeply while smoking will benefit from learning this deep breathing exercise when becoming a non-smoker.  While inhaling, allow your stomach and abdomen to expand as far as possible, filling your lungs from the bottom up.  Hold for a moment, and then exhale until your stomach returns to its normal position.
